Biography

Алексей Андреевич Беклешов was a distinguished Russian military officer who served during the Napoleonic Wars era. Born in 1746, he dedicated much of his life to military service in the Russian Empire.

Bekleshov's career reflected the martial traditions of the Russian nobility during a period of intense European conflict. He lived until 1823, witnessing the transformation of Russia in the post-Napoleonic period. He was buried at Lazarev Cemetery, a prominent burial site for Russian military and civic leaders.
