Иван Самойлович Розенмейер was a distinguished military personnel who served during a transformative period in Russian history. Born in 1763, he dedicated his career to military service, contributing to the defense and administration of the Russian Empire during the late 18th and early 19th centuries.

Розенмейер's long life spanned nearly eight decades, witnessing significant historical changes from the reign of Catherine the Great through the Napoleonic era. He was laid to rest in the Smolensky Lutheran Cemetery, a final resting place befitting his station and service to the state.
