Biography

Yakov Petrovich Boye (1768–1838) was a Russian military personnel who served during a transformative period in Russian military history. His career spanned the later years of Catherine the Great's reign through the Napoleonic Wars and into the reign of Nicholas I, witnessing significant developments in Russian military organization and strategy.
