Biography
Александр Васильевич Ольхин (1771–1815) was a Russian businessman who engaged in commercial activities during the Napoleonic Wars era. As a member of the merchant class or entrepreneurial nobility, he participated in the economic life of Moscow and contributed to the city's commercial networks during a period of significant change.
Olkhin's forty-four years of life concluded in 1815, and he was laid to rest at Lazarev Cemetery. His burial there suggests his prominence within Moscow's business community and social circles.
