Sergey Gerasimovich Baturin (1789–1856) was a military officer whose career spanned the Napoleonic era and the subsequent period of Russian imperial consolidation. His service reflected the martial traditions of the Russian nobility.

Baturin was laid to rest at the Intercession Monastery in 1856, a place of spiritual significance that honored his memory. His burial there stands as a testament to his faith and his family's enduring connection to the religious institutions of Russia.
