Biography

Dmitry Mikhailovich Shchepkin (1817–1857) was a Russian scientist whose scholarly work contributed to the advancement of knowledge during the nineteenth century. His scientific pursuits reflected the growing importance of empirical research and systematic inquiry in Russian intellectual life.
