Biography

Феодосий Перевалов (1875–1933) was a Russian Orthodox missionary whose spiritual work extended into East Asia. His dedication to missionary service reflected his deep religious conviction and commitment to spreading Orthodox Christianity during a transformative period in world history.

Перевалов's mission work represented the broader engagement of Russian Orthodox Christianity with Asian communities in the early twentieth century. His service and sacrifice in missionary endeavors were recognized by the Orthodox Church. He was laid to rest at Zōshigaya Cemetery, reflecting the international character of Tokyo's religious community.
