Biography
Фёдор Оскарович Старк was a Russian of notable standing whose life encompassed the dramatic transformations of late Imperial and early Soviet Russia. He witnessed and lived through one of history's most turbulent periods.
Seeking stability and refuge, Stark eventually made his way to France, where he lived until his death in 1939. He was laid to rest at the Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois Russian Cemetery, joining many fellow émigrés in their final resting place.
