Biography

Nikolay Mikhailovich Khlebnikov (1895–1981) was a Soviet official who served in various administrative capacities during the Soviet era. He was a notable figure in Soviet governance and administration throughout much of the twentieth century.

Khlebnikov's career spanned decades of Soviet history, during which he contributed to the administrative apparatus of the state. He was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery, one of Moscow's most prestigious burial grounds, reflecting his significance in Soviet society.
