Biography

Ivan Mikhailovich Ponomarev was a Russian figure whose life spanned much of the twentieth century. Born in the early years of the Soviet state, he witnessed and lived through significant historical transformations.

Ponomarev's long life was a testament to the resilience of his generation. He was laid to rest at Troyekurovskoye Cemetery, where he joins many other notable figures in Russian history.
