Biography

Pavel Evgrafovich Kromin (1855–?) was a Russian military officer whose career began during the latter half of the nineteenth century. He represented the professional military class that served the Russian Empire during a period of modernization and reform.

Kromin's service reflected the evolving nature of Russian military institutions in the post-Crimean War era. He was buried at Vagankovo Cemetery in Moscow, one of the capital's most significant burial grounds.
