Biography

Adam Ciołkosz was a military officer and political activist whose convictions were forged in the struggle for a free Poland. He carried himself with dignity, advocating for social justice while nurturing a vision of an inclusive society.

Even in exile, he remained deeply engaged with the Polish cause, mentoring younger generations and reminding them that courage can take many forms. Putney Vale Cemetery now quietly marks the resting place of this devoted patriot.
