Adolf Fuchs, born in 1805, carried forward the traditions of his ancestors with reverence, tending his family lands and honoring old-world skills while embracing the promise of each new year.

Those who knew him remember a man who balanced quiet craftsmanship with gentle conversation, and when he died in 1885 his family placed him to rest in Fuchs Cemetery, preserving his memory among kin and enduring stone.
