Biography
Agathe Louise Sophie Vigier was a young woman whose life was cut short in the early nineteenth century. Though her years were few, she lived during a period of significant change and reconstruction in France following the Napoleonic Wars.
Vigier's brief life ended in 1828 at the age of twenty-five, and she was laid to rest in Père Lachaise Cemetery. Her burial in this distinguished cemetery reflects the respect accorded to her memory and family standing in French society.
