Biography
Albert Abalain, born in 1915, worked in Ivry-sur-Seine's factories and used his knowledge of machinery to discreetly aid sabotage efforts against the occupiers.
When he was apprehended in 1943, his fellow workers remembered how he shared food, information, and hope, and they still speak of his example of quiet bravery.
