Biography

Albert Dodd Blashfield was born in 1860 and gained recognition as an accomplished artist and muralist whose work graced public spaces with beauty and grace. His creative vision brought stories and ideals to life in vibrant color, touching the hearts of many.

After his death in 1920 he was laid to rest in Green-Wood Cemetery, where visitors still pause to acknowledge the enduring artistry he shared with the world.
