Biography

Albert Dupré devoted himself to the great organs of Rouen, serving the city with a calm authority that added warmth to every liturgical season. His interpretations of the classical masters, along with the faithful work he put into maintaining the instruments entrusted to him, kept the organ loft a place of reverence and artistic care.

Through teaching and mentorship he quietly passed on his love of sacred music, ensuring that choirs and congregations continued to benefit from his steady musicianship long after his retirement.
