Biography

Albert Malet lived as a painter devoted to capturing the quiet atmospheres of Normandy, using light and color to turn familiar landscapes into meditations on time and place. His brushstrokes reflected an attentive mind, one who saw poetry in the ordinary corners of village life.

He also nurtured younger artists with gentle encouragement, leaving a legacy of craftsmanship and mentorship that survives him at Claville-Motteville, where his works continue to inspire.
