Biography
Albert Rolland was a courageous French resistance fighter who dedicated his life to the cause of freedom during one of Europe's darkest hours. Born in 1913, he came of age during the rise of totalitarianism and chose to stand against oppression through his work with the French resistance movement.
Rolland's sacrifice exemplified the bravery of those who fought for liberation. He died in 1943 at the young age of thirty, his life cut short by his commitment to resistance. He was laid to rest in Brest, a memorial to the cost of freedom and the courage of those who resisted tyranny.
