Alden B. Swift

Biography

Alden B. Swift (1885–1936) lived during the early twentieth century, a time of rapid industrialization and social change in America. He was part of the Lake Forest community during a period of notable development and prosperity.

Swift was laid to rest at Lake Forest Cemetery, where his memory is honored. His relatively brief life of fifty-one years represents the experiences of his generation during the early decades of the twentieth century.
