Biography

Aleksandr Innokentevitsj Bogasjev was born in 1919 in Biysk, a significant industrial center in the Altai region of Russia. He lived through much of the Soviet era, witnessing and experiencing the profound transformations of twentieth-century Russian society.

Bogasjev's life spanned a period of considerable historical importance, from the interwar years through the post-World War II era and into the Cold War period. He passed away in 1984, leaving behind a life lived during one of history's most transformative centuries.
