Biography

Aleksandr Vasilevitsj Raykoenov was a Russian memoirist whose writings provided valuable historical documentation of twentieth-century Russian life. Born in 1918, he dedicated much of his life to recording personal narratives and historical accounts that preserved important cultural memories for future generations.

Raykoenov's contributions to Russian literature through his memoirs offered insights into the experiences and perspectives of his era. He passed away in 1997 and was laid to rest at Dimitrievsky cemetery, leaving behind a legacy of documented history and personal testimony.
