Alexander Sutherland

Biography

Alexander Sutherland was a politician whose career was marked by service to his community during a pivotal era in Canadian development. Though his life was cut short at thirty-five, his contributions to public affairs were significant and remembered.

Sutherland's legacy is preserved at Kildonan Presbyterian Cemetery, where he was laid to rest following his untimely passing in 1884.
