Biography

Alexandr Vyrubov was a Russian actor whose performances enriched the theatrical landscape of early twentieth-century Russia. He was known for his contributions to Russian dramatic arts during a vibrant period of cultural development.

Vyrubov became part of the Russian émigré community in France following the Russian Revolution. He spent his final years in Paris and was interred at Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois Russian Cemetery, where many talented artists and performers of the Russian diaspora were laid to rest.
