Biography
Alfred-Adolphe-Édouard Lepère was a French sculptor whose artistic career spanned much of the nineteenth century. His sculptural works contributed to the visual arts landscape of France during a period of considerable artistic achievement and innovation.
Lepère's legacy as a sculptor remains part of France's artistic heritage. He was buried in the Cemetery of L'Haÿ-les-Roses, where his memory is preserved among other notable figures of his era.
