Alfred Doublat (1828–1893) was a French politician who served during the mid-to-late nineteenth century, a period of significant political transformation in France. He was active in public service during the Second Empire and the early years of the Third Republic.

Doublat's career reflected the complex political landscape of his era, navigating the shifting ideologies and institutional changes that characterized French governance in the decades following the Revolution of 1848.
