Alfredo Codona came from a storied circus family and thrilled audiences with the Flying Codonas, perfecting the triple somersault and other daring aerial sequences that became the stuff of legend.

His courage and artistry remained an inspiration even after his passing in 1937, and he is interred at Inglewood Park Cemetery.
