Biography

Alois Hitler (1837–1903) was an Austrian customs officer who served the Habsburg bureaucracy with dedication throughout his professional career. As a civil servant, he represented the administrative backbone of the Austro-Hungarian Empire during a period of significant political and social transformation.

Hitler's service in the customs administration reflected the orderly and hierarchical nature of imperial governance. He was interred at Leonding, a cemetery in Upper Austria, where his memory is preserved among his community's historical records.
