Biography

Alois Schnirch combined the precision of a craftsman with remarkable empathy, guiding the restoration of local buildings and helping neighbors to adapt to the shifting demands of farm life and industry. He took particular joy in teaching younger apprentices how to honor materials and to take pride in every task, believing that even the most modest dwelling deserved grace and care.

He rests now in the Cemetery in Tuřany, where the families he assisted still visit, recalling his encouraging words and the sense of order he brought to daily life. His legacy endures in the sturdy structures he helped raise and in the dependable friendships he forged.
