Biography
Alois Sklenář was born in 1895 and lived through the defining moments of Czech history, from the final years of the Austro-Hungarian Empire through the establishment and development of the Czechoslovak Republic. His life reflected the resilience and continuity of the Czech people during a period of profound change.
Sklenář was a resident of Prague who maintained strong ties to his community throughout his years. He passed away in 1962 and was laid to rest in the Cemetery in Židenice, where his memory is preserved among the graves of his neighbors and fellow residents of the area.
