Biography
Alois Suchý was born in 1886 and lived through the pivotal transformation of the Czech lands during one of history's most significant periods. From the final decades of the Austro-Hungarian Empire through the establishment of the Czechoslovak Republic, his life witnessed the emergence of modern Czech society.
Suchý was a Prague resident who was deeply connected to his community throughout his long life. He passed away in 1969 and was laid to rest in the Cemetery in Židenice, a testament to his enduring presence in the neighborhood and his contributions to local life.
