Amalie Beer (1767–1854) was a renowned salonnière whose Berlin salon became a celebrated center of intellectual and cultural life. She was known for her wit, erudition, and ability to bring together distinguished artists, musicians, writers, and thinkers, creating an environment where ideas flourished and creative collaboration thrived during the early 19th century.

Beer's salon played an important role in the cultural landscape of her era, fostering meaningful exchanges among some of the period's most brilliant minds. She was interred at Schönhauser Allee Jewish Cemetery, where her memory is honored as a woman of culture and refinement whose influence extended far beyond her immediate circle.
