Biography

Amalie Margrethe Christiane Caroline Lerche was a member of the Danish aristocracy whose long life spanned most of the 18th century. As an aristocrat, she witnessed and lived through significant periods of Danish history, from the early decades of the 1700s through the dawn of the 19th century.

Lerche's extended lifespan and aristocratic status placed her within the highest echelons of Danish society. She was interred at Christian's Church, a burial site befitting her noble rank and social prominence. Her life represents the continuity and traditions of the Danish nobility across generations.
