Biography
Anders Josephsen made his life along the North Sea coast of Vorupør, rising before dawn to set out with his nets and returning with the day’s catch for his neighbors.
He shared his knowledge of tides and weather with fellow fishers, helping ensure that families depended upon the sea for their sustenance and livelihood.
