Biography

André Cabany gave much of his life to the French Army, bringing discipline and a steady hand to the duties of a soldier during the evolving conflicts of the Third Republic.

His comrades remembered him for his loyalty and calm presence, virtues that now echo in the peaceful quiet of Père Lachaise Cemetery where he was laid to rest in 1941.
