Andrej Bogdanovič Vasenko was a Soviet engineer who contributed to the industrial and technological development of the early Soviet Union. Born in 1899, he represented the younger generation of Soviet specialists who worked to modernize the nation's infrastructure and industrial capacity during the 1920s and early 1930s.

Vasenko's technical expertise and dedication to Soviet industrial progress earned him recognition, resulting in his burial in the Kremlin Wall Necropolis. His work exemplified the Soviet commitment to rapid industrialization and technological advancement. He passed away in 1934.
