Biography

Andrew Love's warm, expressive saxophone helped set the tone for countless soul and R&B classics, most notably as one half of The Memphis Horns alongside trumpeter Wayne Jackson and as a trusted studio musician.

He returned to the community to mentor younger artists, shared stories from the recording sessions that shaped a generation, and remained a patient and generous presence for friends and family.
