Anne Henrietta Wyndham

Biography

Anne Henrietta Wyndham was born in 1740 and lived through a long and eventful life spanning more than eight decades. She witnessed the great changes of her era while maintaining her own steadfast character and devotion to family.

She died in 1822 and was laid to rest in the Church of St Michael, Compton Chamberlayne. She is remembered as a woman of longevity and constancy, whose life reflected the values she held most dear.
