Anne Virginia Culbertson

Anne Virginia Culbertson (1857–1918) was a cherished member of Zanesville whose warmth and encouragement enriched the civic fabric of her hometown. Though much of her work remained private, she offered steady support to local efforts that strengthened community ties.
