Biography

Antanas Prapuolenis devoted himself to the Esperanto movement, believing that a common language could bridge nations and foster mutual understanding in Eastern Europe. He organized gatherings, translated works, and kept the flame of internationalism alive even as the world around him shifted.

His presence is honored at Petrašiūnai Cemetery, where friends remember the Esperantist’s gentle optimism and tireless advocacy for cultural exchange.
