Anthony George Wright Biddulph

Biography

Anthony George Wright Biddulph was born in 1785 and lived a life rooted in the English countryside and its traditions. He was a man of his time, connected to the landed gentry and the social structures that defined rural England in the nineteenth century.

Biddulph lived to the age of sixty-nine, passing away in 1854 after nearly seven decades of life. He was laid to rest in the Church of St Agatha at Coates, where his memory remains among the monuments of his parish and family.
