Anthony Hunt

Biography

Anthony Hunt lived a brief life in early 19th century Calcutta, passing away in 1804 at the age of one year. Though his time on earth was short, he was remembered enough to be laid to rest in the South Park Street Cemetery, one of Calcutta's most significant burial grounds.

The cemetery where Anthony was interred stands as a testament to the colonial period and serves as a historical record of the many lives, both long and brief, that were part of the British community in India during this era.
