Biography
Antoine R. Ivins was born in 1881 into a devoted Latter-day Saint family and grew up surrounded by the teachings of his faith. He devoted much of his adult life to spiritual instruction, serving in church leadership and traveling widely to strengthen congregations, always emphasizing compassion and steady counsel.
In his later years he continued to mentor youth while encouraging families to support one another in service, leaving a legacy of quiet dedication. When he passed in 1967, members of the Salt Lake community remembered him as a steady voice of guidance and a patient teacher of gospel principles.
