Anton Seidl

Biography

Anton Seidl, born in 1850 in Bohemia, became celebrated for his command of orchestral colors and for bringing European passion to American stages.

He gave freely of his time to cultivate young musicians and rests today in the care of Fresh Pond Crematory and Columbarium.
