Biography
Antonín Řivnáč was a Czech bookseller whose profession placed him at the heart of Prague's intellectual and cultural life. As a purveyor of books and knowledge, he served an essential role in the dissemination of ideas throughout his community.
Řivnáč's career spanned the late nineteenth and mid-twentieth centuries, and he was ultimately laid to rest in Olšany Cemetery, a fitting place for one devoted to the world of letters and learning.
