Biography
Antonina Taborowicz was a pioneering Polish athletics competitor whose career spanned the early-to-mid twentieth century. Born in 1899, she was among the early generations of women athletes in Poland, helping to establish the presence of women in competitive sports.
Taborowicz's dedication to athletics represented the spirit of her era and contributed to the development of women's sports in Poland. She lived a long and active life until her death in 1993. She was laid to rest at Cmentarz Bródnowski.
