Biography

Archimandrite Mikhail (1874–1916) was a senior Orthodox monastic figure who held the rank of archimandrite, one of the highest positions in the Orthodox monastic hierarchy. His spiritual leadership and monastic vocation exemplified the deep religious traditions of the Russian Orthodox Church during the early 20th century.

The Archimandrite's life of prayer and ecclesiastical service concluded in 1916, and he was laid to rest at Rogozhskoye Cemetery, a place of honor for distinguished members of the Orthodox clergy and faithful.
