Arethusa Hall

Biography

Arethusa Hall (1802–1891) spent her years weaving steadiness into the fabric of her community, offering quiet strength and warmth to younger women learning their own ways. Her home was a place of hospitality, and her counsel was sought by friends who admired her serene confidence.

She is remembered for keeping her family close even as the town changed, and she now rests at Bridge Street Cemetery.
