Biography
Arkadiy Bukhov was a Soviet writer who contributed to Soviet literature during the 1920s and 1930s. His literary work reflected the cultural developments of early Soviet society during a period of artistic experimentation and ideological direction.
Bukhov's life was ended in 1937 during the Great Purge. He was laid to rest at Donskoe cemetery in Moscow, joining many other cultural figures whose careers were terminated by political repression during this period.
