Arnold Ehret (1866–1922) was a natural health practitioner and author whose writings on fasting and a mucusless diet inspired readers around the globe. Though some of his ideas proved controversial, many found comfort in his insistence on gentle, self-respecting care and on the power of personal transformation. He rests at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, his work continuing to spark curiosity about holistic healing.
